Mad Mud Studios Shipping Policy

We take great care in packaging every order to help ensure it arrives safely.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated or the item is made to order.

Custom and personalized items may require additional production time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Mad Mud Studios is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect address.

If a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging and photographs of the damage so that a shipping claim can be filed if applicable.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the shipment, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Local pickup orders will be held for pickup in accordance with our pickup policy.

Because our pottery is handmade, slight variations in color, size, shape, and glaze are normal and are not considered defects or grounds for return or refund.
