RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Mad Mud Studios, every piece is handmade or created as part of a custom experience. Because of the nature of our products and services, all sales are final.

No refunds.

No returns.

No exchanges.

No store credit.

Please inspect your purchase before leaving the studio. If an item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect or was damaged before it was picked up, notify us within 48 hours so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Please note that handmade pottery naturally contains slight variations in shape, color, glaze, and texture. These characteristics are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

Missed classes, workshops, or events are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be offered at the studio's discretion when advance notice is provided.
