Hope Stone Project Update – June 22, 2026

The Hope Stone Project continues to make wonderful progress!

We have been hard at work preparing items that will be included in our first round of care packages for those battling cancer. We are currently waiting to hear back from the hospital's HR coordinator regarding the bags that will be used to package and distribute these gifts.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors and community partners, we now have a strong foundation for our first round of donations. Each Hope Stone Scholar will receive a thoughtfully assembled care package containing a handmade Hope Stone, snacks, a book, a quilt, words of encouragement, prayer cloth and access to pottery classes here at Mad Mud Studios.

Our goal is to provide not only practical items, but also comfort, encouragement, and an opportunity for creative expression during what can be an incredibly difficult time. We are excited to see this project continuing to grow and are grateful for everyone who has supported the Hope Stone Project so far.
